Womans are now coming forward-Sudipto

After delhi rape case and here at Chhattisgarh Jhaliamari(Kanker) case womens of chhattisgarh has now became quite aware of the things that they should protest against it and give a written complain to police station so that the accused can get punishment of what crime he has done.

 Few days ago one womwn of bhilai named laxmi Chaudhry filed a case against her inlaws for torturing her and demanding more dowry. she simply went to the police station and lodged a complaint and they were in police custody. same type of case happened in Jamshedpur where Dr women of bilaspur being tortured and harrassaed by her husband who works in Jamshedpur as an Engineer demanding for more dowry. This lady also done the same thing what Laxmi Choudhry has done. also students of one village of Chhattisgarh lodged complaint against the poster for sexual harrasment.

These are all happening due to awareness in women of City and villages. Now we have to make Husband and In-lawas aware of this crucial matter and have to counsell them to not to do in future and if it happens again then they will have to avail a big deal in Jail.for this police in turn should visit those families and prepare a report.

Due to media, social activist / worker and police department , people are coming out of their home and registering FIR or complaing about the situation they gone through. This is a good sign.We have to appreciate them and Govt should help them in getting the culprit behind the bars.

Other cases where child molesting / abusing is there, that sort of people should not be left, they should be sentenced by the court according to IPC. Govt should run a campaign all over the chhattisgarh focusing on women,children to lodge complain if any misbehavior is done by hostel wardon, teacher, local people, majnus etc. 

In my opinion, in every ladies hostel lady police staff should be deputed as wardon of that hostel so that no crimes can take place and people will then be not able to show dare. For this local politicians have to be involved. In many cases it has been found that due to political pressure people have the fear of lodging a complain. dont get fear, govt, Media, Social workers, Mahila sangathan is with you.
